The International Academic Conference on Bie-modernist Cultural Computing was successfully held.
From June 22nd to 27th, 2025, the 27th International Conference on Human-Computer Interaction (HCII 2025) was grandly held at the Gothia Towers Hotel and the Swedish Exhibition Center in Gothenburg, Sweden. On the afternoon of June 24th, this conference specially established a sub-session on Bie-modernist Cultural Computing. The sub-session was structured in 150-minute blocks and was chaired by Professor Vaslis and Dr. Iliya. Professor Wang Jianzhang, the founder of Bie-modernism and Bie-modernist Cultural Computing, the honorary director and academic advisor of the American Center for Bie-modernism, and the director of the International Conference on Human-Computer Interaction, was invited to give comments. The atmosphere in the venue was lively.
This prestigious international academic event attracted over 2,700 scholars from 76 countries, with 7,972 submissions received. After a rigorous double-blind review process, 1,785 papers were accepted, including 12 specialized papers on Bie-modernist Cultural Computing:

Since 2021, Bie-modernist Cultural Computing has been featured as a dedicated session at HCII for four consecutive years:

To date, nearly 30 Bie-modernism-related papers have been published at HCII and indexed by EI and other prestigious academic databases, demonstrating the sustained and significant scholarly value of this research direction.
It is reported that next year’s International Conference on Human-Computer Interaction (HCII 2026) will be held from June 23–28, 2026, in Montreal, Canada.
